1. Service Offerings
We offer a range of services to help set up and optimize Shopify stores. Our services include but are not limited to:

- Add-on Services:
- Advanced Shipping Setup
- SEO Audit and Repairs
- Custom Mega Menu with Filters
- Payment Gateway Integration
- Advanced Services (requiring consultation):
- Custom Shipping Configurations
- Payment Integrations Beyond Shopify’s Provision
- And other custom solutions upon request
2. Add-ons and Custom Services
Add-ons are additional services that can be purchased at any time after your initial setup. These add-ons do not require consultation, are paid directly, and can be selected based on your store’s needs.
Add-on Services Include:
- Advanced Shipping Setup: Flat rates with up to 2 carriers.
- SEO Audit and Repairs: In-depth audit with necessary repairs.
- Custom Mega Menu with Filters: A tailored navigation menu with filters for product categories.
- Multiple Payment Gateways Integration: Add up to 2 additional payment options (depending on the client’s country).
Advanced Custom Services:
- Multiple Shipping Setup Beyond Shopify’s Provision: For stores needing unique shipping configurations not offered natively by Shopify.
- Payment Integrations Beyond Shopify’s Options: For stores requiring payment gateways that are not included by default in Shopify’s offering.
3. Basic Shopify Setup
The Basic Shopify Setup includes the following:
- Shopify Store Setup:
- Store creation and configuration on Shopify.
- Basic theme customization to match your brand’s colors and logo.
- Product Setup:
- Adding up to 50 products (with product descriptions, images, and basic tags).
- Setting up product variants (e.g., size, color, etc.).
- Organizing products into collections (e.g., categories or collections by type).
- Photoshop Product Image Enhancements:
- Professional image enhancements for your product photos, ensuring they look visually appealing and optimized for online stores.
- Payment Gateway Integration:
- Integration of one secure payment gateway (such as PayPal, Stripe, or Shopify Payments) to enable smooth transactions. Please note, the available payment gateways are dependent on the client’s geographical location. We will integrate the most suitable option based on your region.
- Shipping Setup:
- Configuration of flat-rate domestic shipping with one carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or another preferred option).
- Setup of international shipping with one carrier for simplicity. Shipping options may vary based on the client’s location and the available carriers for their country.
- Taxes Setup:
- Tax settings based on the store’s location (for the client’s country, state, and region) and applicable tax rules.
- Basic SEO Setup:
- Optimization of the Shopify store for search engines (meta titles, descriptions, and URLs).
- Setup of basic SEO-friendly URLs and automatic sitemaps.
- Responsive Design:
- Customization of the store to ensure it is mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.
- Store Policies:
- Creation of the following default policies for your store:
- Privacy Policy.
- Shipping Policy.
- Refund Policy.
- Terms & Conditions.
- Creation of the following default policies for your store:
- 20 Free Ad Credits:
- Receive €20 in free ad credit to kickstart your store’s online marketing campaign.
- Basic Training:
- A brief one-on-one training session (1 hour) to walk you through basic store management (order handling, product updates, etc.).
4. Service Delivery Timeframes
The estimated time for delivery of services is as follows:
- Basic Shopify Setup: 2-6 business days, depending on the complexity of the store.
- Add-ons: 1-3 business days.
- Advanced Services: Delivery times vary based on consultation and complexity; typically up to 10 business days.
If the agreed-upon deadline for a service is not met, the client is eligible for a full refund of the service cost.
5. Pricing and Payments
All services and add-ons are priced in Euros (EUR). The client agrees to pay the full price as indicated on the service or add-on description before work begins.
Basic Setup Price: €370
Add-on Services:
- Advanced Shipping Setup: €200
- SEO Audit and Repairs: €200
- Custom Mega Menu with Filters: €339
- Payment Gateways Integration (max 2): Price on request
Payment Methods Accepted: We accept payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, and bank transfers (as applicable).
6. 20 Free Ad Credit Offer
For clients purchasing the Basic Shopify Setup service at the full price of €370, we offer a €20 ad credit to help kickstart your store’s online marketing. You have two options to choose from:
Option 1: €20 Discount on Service Price
- You may opt to receive a €20 discount on the service price, reducing the total cost to €350.
- By choosing this discount, you agree to manage and run the ad campaign independently without further involvement from us.
Option 2: €20 Ad Credit Applied and Managed by Us
- Alternatively, for the full service price of €370, we will run the ad campaign on your behalf using the €20 ad credit.
- The ad will be managed through our own business account, ensuring it is set up and optimized for performance.
- You will receive a report on the ad’s performance and insights at the end of the campaign.
Important Details:
- This offer is available only on first-time purchases of the Basic Shopify Setup service.
- The ad credit cannot be converted to cash.
- Clients choosing Option 2 will have the campaign fully managed by us, without needing to handle the ad account themselves.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide necessary access to the Shopify store (such as admin login credentials).
- Supply accurate and complete information regarding the store’s shipping setup, payment methods, and preferences.
- Approve service details before work begins, especially for advanced services that require consultation.
8. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our shipping setup services include configurations for domestic and international shipping, with the option to use flat rates or customize rates based on client preferences. International and domestic shipping rates may vary based on the client’s location, the selected carriers, and applicable laws.
Clients who need specific shipping configurations (e.g., custom rates or multi-carrier support) may be required to purchase an add-on service.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital and custom nature of the services we offer, all sales are final once work has commenced. Refunds are available only if the deadline for service completion is not met. If the service is not completed within the specified time (for example, 3-5 business days for Basic Setup), the client is entitled to a full refund for the incomplete service.
Clients may cancel their service before work begins and receive a refund minus any administrative fees or payments already processed.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of all data shared with us during the service process. We will never share your business information without your consent, except as required by law or to complete the services requested.
11. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure the highest quality of service, we cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or errors caused by third-party integrations (such as Shopify apps or external payment gateways) or any other unforeseen issues.
We are not responsible for any issues that arise after service completion unless they result directly from a failure on our part to meet the agreed-upon service terms.
